Excellent location, good breakfast with cooked to order eggs.
The Wi-Fi connection was not fast enough for my needs and was even more problematic for my colleague, who was unable to connect virtually to the conference we were attending in Ferrara. Given that Ferrara hosts many international conferences, some of which include virtual sessions, I would recommend improving the Wi-Fi speed and reliability.
Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not able to cool the room below 21°C.
Given that this is a four-star hotel, I would expect fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast rather than the juice that was served.

Good size room in an excellent location.
Extremely slow internet connection that often dropped out completely. “Spa” bathtub that didn’t work and had mould spots at the seams. Expensive given the quality of the room and the level of service.
