Fantastic location. Walk out into the piazza. Such a dreamy place with awesome views.Beds were great! The parlor space was nice. The breakfast was a huge spread with eggs, fruit, meats and cakes. We wish we stayed longer!
I wish they told us before booking that it is located in a ZTL zone. The walk wasn't bad. But for a person who doesnt like to walk with suitcase up a hill ...it was not appreciated. Having known the place now, would I do it again...Yes! But I would pack light next time.

An excellent buffet breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Room tidied daily with fresh towels. Excellent setting - ideal for exploring the town - very central. If we’d had a car we could have explored the area further.
Very happy with everything. Would definitely choose this property if we were to return to San Gimignano.
