Cute little house with the close family feel. Parking was great, location is good, not too much English but enough to understand and have fun:)

A fantastic location just 10mins walk to the walls of San Gimignano. Stunning views across the Tuscan valleys as soon as you open your room doors and windows. The hosts Anna and Alessandro were just wonderful, friendly, welcoming and very kind - they take pleasure in ensuring you have the best experience. The breakfasts are huge and traditional Tuscan - you couldn’t possibly eat it all and much of it made by Anna including her own olive oil! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Anna and her husband were amazing hosts. Anna was very helpful and took the time to help us when we had issues with our rental car. The breakfast was very nice and they adjusted the breakfast time to our plans for the day. The location was very nice and convenient for day trips and wine tastings. Walking distance to San Gimignano. The views were great. We really enjoyed our stay there and chatting with them.
The pillows were a bit hard ( seems to be a Italy thing overall) we recommend travelling with your own pillow.

Anna was such a good host. The highlight was the view just on the edge of town down into the valley with vines and olive trees. Anna makes her own olive oil and breakfast is massive and lovely. Good parking.
