Simpatia dos funcionários. Excelente localização. Guardaram as malas. Quarto espaçoso. Vista excelente.

Everything was great. The breakfast was very good, the room was spacious, and we especially loved the very large bathroom with its Venetian-style decor. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning could be adjusted easily, and overall everything was very clean.
The location was also very convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The beach was very close, as was the vaporetto stop, which we really appreciated.
The reception staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Hotel Cristallo and would happily stay here again.
There was just a small issue with the bathroom cleaning during our stay, but we understood that the usual cleaning lady was unwell, so it was probably just a rare occurrence.

Does the job while not being exceptional. Good location a few hundred meters from S.M.E. with decent room size. Friendly staff at the desk and okay breakfast. Nothing to write home about but certainly not bad either.
