Muito bem centralizado, apartamento confortável e fácil acesso a restaurantes e próximo a paragem de barcos. A recepção do Sr. ROBERTO é maravilhosa e muito acolhedora.

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen- mitten im Viertel Castello, wo man echten Venezianern/Venezianerinnen begegnet auf der wunderschönen, breiten Via Garibaldi und im Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi, einem kleinen Park mit großen Bäumen, also erholsamem Schatten, einem Café voller exotischer Pflanzen und einem Teich voller Schildkröten um das Denkmal von Garibaldi. In der Via Garibaldi gibt es authentische, kleine Bars, Cafés und einige sehr gute Restaurants, einen kleinen Fischmarkt und einen Supermarkt, in dem man alles findet.
Die beiden Standpunkte der Biennale sind nur einige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.
Alles war wie erwartet, die Fotos zeigen das Appartement genau so wie es ist. Die Wohnung wird in den Wintermonaten vom Eigentümer bewohnt, man hat also das Gefühl, kurzzeitig ein echter Venezianer/eine echte Venezianerin zu sein.

Posizione comoda e host molto gentile
Pulizia scarsa soprattutto in cucina e bagno.
L’angolo cottura è molto datato e si fa fartica a distinguere se le macchie siano vecchie o dovute a scarsa pulizia.ragnatele sul soffitto,copriletti macchiati e bagno piccolo
