Great location near the the Accademia bridge & Vaporetta either way out the front door.
Small room, hard bed and the shower was barely warm.

The hotel is in a great location and staff were helpful and friendly. Everything that was included was described on the hotel website. Rooms are big and the hotel has a nice garden.
Rooms are not very soundproof. Breakfast was varied but not excellent.

The location was terrific! Our room was spotless clean, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming and we loved the little courtyard.
