enorm großes Zimmer, sehr ruhig, separates Bad, frisch und recht neu renoviert, sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter, lange Betten, einzeln, auch einzeln mit Einziehdecken bezogen, Kommode und Schrank mit viel Platz selbst für 1 Woche Aufenthalt mit viel Reisegepäck, historisches Gebäude mit originalen Böden und Decke, sehr hell, sonnengeschützt, Klimaanlage vorhanden, viele Kissen, Antiquitäten im Zimmer, daher sehr persönlich und individuell. Anlage für Vaporetto keine 100 m entfernt, Platz für Frühstück und Trinkbrunnen keine 5 Minuten entfernt, sehr zentral und ruhig. Viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt, daher kein Wechsel von Bad- und Bettwäsche. Ist für 1 Woche absolut okay. Info zu Trinkwasserbrunnen - sehr nachhaltig und günstiger - auf dem Zimmer samt 2 Trinkflaschen. Besonders positiv! Viele gute Hinweise für originale Gastronomie in der Gegend. Studentenviertel sehr nahe, daher gemischteres Publikum. In der Nähe vieler sehr sehr guter Bäckereien, auch fürs Frühstück schon.
Leider war Kaffeemaschine im Eingang defekt und konnte nicht ausgewechselt werden, nicht Fehler des Vermieters. Treppe mit hohen Stufen und eng. Die Vorhänge könnten mal wieder eine Wäsche vertragen. Alles in allen einfach nur hervorragend!

Riccardo si è dimostrato molto disponibile e accogliente fin dal primo attimo. Ci siamo trovati bene e subito sono partite delle chiacchiere piacevoli Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato sia l'utilissimo gadget di benvenuto che ci ha donato, poichè come noi è attento all'ambiente, ma anche le storie e i consigli affatto non banali che ci hanno permesso di vivere il nostro soggiorno in modo eccellente.
Stanza perfetta, letto comodo, bagno pulito, accorgimenti estetici e tanta diaponibilitĂ . Complimenti Riccardo, certamente ora abbiamo un punto di riferimento solido per le prossime visite a Venezia.
Niente in particolare, forse i cuscini un tantino più morbidi di quelli a cui sono abituato. Ma è una questione di abitudine poichè cmq abbiamo dormito molto bene

Sehr schön eingerichtet im venezianischen Stil. Alles sehr sauber. Liegt direkt an einer Vaporetto Haltestelle. Sehr viele Lokale und Cafés in der Nähe.
