Pleasant stay.

Friendly, great location, clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch. I also greatly appreciated the local transportation pass they gave us on check in.

Wi-Fi only work in our bathroom.

not worth the money

Good location

Too expensive for what you get, bath is old fashioned, room is boring and old fashioned, renovation is needed, balcony was too small and too close to the neighbors, no privacy, breakfast standard without any extras

Amazing hotel, room was gigantic and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This is an awesome hotel, and the room was exceptionally large by European standards. Fantastic location, literally right downtown and an easy walk to restaurants and sights. Even though the hotel was very busy, our room was quiet and had an amazing balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains. Would stay here again if ever in the Bressanone area.

The hotel is based on very cool staff, cleanliness in the room and delicious food. Also convenient location

For the first time I meet a 4 star hotel without bathroom accessories. Shampoo, disposable soap are not available. Also, you need to ask for slippers to be put in the room. These moments I was surprised and upset

A reliably great place to stay in Bressanone

This is my fourth time at this hotel. It is consistently good, and meets/exceeds all expectations.

Nice and clean room. Friendly staff. Also, hotel location is amazing. It is located in 3min from the city center and in 15min walking from the railway station.

Lovely city and hotel

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and fragrant room.

The double bed is two separate beds...and they pull apart...very uncomfortable. There were no slippers, bathrobe in the room.

Krone was a very nice place to stay at the start of our walking holiday

Great place near city centre. Quite luxurious! Staff were very helpful. Instructions on how to find the hotel arrived the day before which was useful.

Price was a little on the high side as we were having a walking holiday but facilities and rooms were excellent

Superb

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfy. Except when there ist the Altstadtfest in the city 😄

Unfortunately there was a party in the city so we had to park the car far away from the hotel and very expensive and had to walk the whole way with our luggage. It was very noisy the night and i would have liked to get that information when before standing in front of a big party crowd.

Excellent location, with spacious room and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was a bit empty at start.

Location is excellent, so the size of the rooms. Overall this is a nicely decorated hotel with a friendly atmosphere

The breakfast was a bit of a wait with many things missing when when arrived. But it all got sorted eventually

Very good pizza and half board. Clean. Good location.

We didn't sleep well the whole stay. We had a fire staircase at the head and people were going up there from 7am. Room outdated. We were there over New Year's Eve and the night cost 250€. Breakfast was average.

Great spot from which to explore the outdoors and be centrally located within lovely Brixen

The staff were friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. The main shared areas were very nice and the breakfast was quite good.

For all the effort put into the main areas, the rooms felt a little dated and sparse. Ours did not have A/C which wasn't a huge issue but would be if it were hot. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and the shower door was not adequate to keep water from running off.
