Das Das Hotel bietet im Hinblick auf Lage,Anfahrt,Ausstattung,Spa-Benutzung,Frühstück,Personal allen Komfort, den man sogar für mehrere Tage des Aufenthalts benötigt. Zudem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Süd Tirol ausgesprochen angenehm.
Hervorhebenswert ist der herzliche Empfang und Service durch die Eigentümerfamilie.
Verbesserungsbedürftig ist die Kommunikation mit den zu erwartenden Gästen.Wichtige Informationen erhält der Gast einmal über die Booking-com-Plattform u. zum anderen über WhatsApp. Eine Bündelung und Straffung wäre hier angeraten.Wenngleich alle nötigen Funktionen gut vom Personal erklärt werden, sollte der Gast über etwas technisches Verständnis verfügen. Um als Ferienwohnung zu dienen, könnte die Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien noch ergänzt werden-Beispiel: Brotröster.

Struttura recentemente rinnovata, dotata di tutti i confort. Ospiti gentili, disponibili e simpatici. Posto auto assicurato. Ottima colazione servita in camera con orario concordato.

Todo. En especial el trato sumamente amable de quién nos recibió, atendió y nos ayudo a solucionar otras cosas pendientes de nuestro viaje! El dirmitorio muy amplio y muy limpio. El desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación ,dentro de una caja de madera! Tenía todas las comodidades! Lo recomiendo ! Ojalá vuelva algún dia!!!!!
