It was a pleasant holiday with my grandchildren aged 8 and 6. I loved swimming in the lake.
Room good but too far from reception. Decoration so so. No bin in the room. And no smart TV! No iron in the room either.
Please, a smart TV. Water?

It is a beautiful hotel in a excellent location. The cleaning staff were very friendly.
We were 3 people staying in a room with 2 very comfortable beds but the third bed was a sofa bed which seemed to be very old and worn out, definitely not suitable for sleeping in. We complained several times. The receptionist, who seemed to be in charge was unfriendly she told us someone would come and have a look at the bed. Nobody came, we complained again. Finally we got a mattress to but on top which didn't make much of a difference (it was folded into two in the middle). We should definitely have had a reduction in the price as we paid for 3 beds but the sofa bed caused sleepless nights and back pains. This is a message to the elderly unfriendly receptionist, act on the guests requests, don't ignore it and a smile goes a long way and it doesn't cost anything.
