Location was great it’s a 5 minute drive to San Gimignano. Hotel offers a shuttle which is great if you don’t have a car . Breakfast was very good and we are in the red 6 nights it was a varied menu and good value . Pool is excellent with plenty of sun loungers . Definitely recommend for visiting this area .
Would have liked coffee facilities in the room .

Nice property
Pool was particularly nice along with the drinks service
The staff were welcoming
Breakfast good and had a lot of choice
It was by far cheapest hotel we stayed at and for the price it was very good for that price point
I would stay again if I wanted a good location and a cheap price point. I would also say if you plan to travel around a lot and be out most of the day it would be good option to save money
It could do with updating it’s a little date and very basic but for the price it’s what was expected
The restaurant is a bit underwhelming we ate a lot of Michelin recommended places during our trip in Tuscany and I would say this was good Italian food but not wow as in it didn’t have that sparkle you expect from something recommended by Michelin. I would also say downside is both our room and the restaurant very near busy main road there’s a lot of creative landscaping to block out some of the sound and views of the road but it’s still very present

Loved the care of the staff about everything: cleanliness, food was absolutely amazing in their Michelin star restaurant, swimming pool was a great addition to the hotel, the Tuscany views are amazing from the restaurant seating. Hotel provides free shuttle to San Gimignano 4-5 times a day.
Pillows all over Italy are have a very low profile.

We loved this property!! The breakfast was fantastic, the people are so kind, the air conditioning worked great, the views were so pretty. We will definitely stay here again.
