Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath- glassfront house overlooking the Atlantic ocean- Ocean views from every room. White/pink sand beach-walk for miles in powder soft sand either way- you probably wont see anyone else!! Walk down the stairs to your own beach with fantastic snorkeling reefs. The house is air conditioned, 2 miles from the Governors Harbour Airport and 10 minutes from Governors Harbour settlement with grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and gas stations.

We (my wife and myself) stayed 30 days in Jan/Feb 2024 in Barbi's beach house. A great place and the response of Barbi (we had questions on minor things) was unbelievable. She reacts within minutes or even seconds. The house was clean, water pressure was great, not even one time we had elecitricity items. We can recomment this villa to everyone (although a bit difficult, we want to come back and this place is very popular, so hard to book...). Especially the beach on the left is unbelievable. No houses, no people, like a deserted island. We had our portable bbq and have eaten there serveral times. Thanks Barbi!!!!

We rented a car from the caretaker (Byron) at the North Eleuthera Airport and found the house easily. The driveway is steep, but we made it with no issues. When we got out of the car our initial reaction was "WOW!" since you can see the ocean as you walk in. We found the house clean and ready for us. We unloaded groceries and unpacked to get down to the beach before it got too late. You may want to workout a bit on the stairmaster before you arrive to be ready for the 60 steps to the beach. You will climb them many times a day as the beach in front of the house was great. We spent a lot of time at "our" beach, but also at Alabaster Bay Beach and Navy Beach, both of which are very close. We often ate lunch out (when we went out, but you don't have to) and made dinner at the house. The kitchen was well appointed and made meal preparation easy. We lost power for about 12 hours one evening as most of Governor's Harbor was out too. No big deal, the refrigerator stayed cold and city water allowed the toilets/sinks to operate. Make it a point to check out the moon and stars when it is mostly clear, they are incredible. If the wind does die down, be prepared for some small biting gnats. They are easily repelled with a Deet based bugspray or bug repellant clothing. They are not an issue if the wind is blowing. We used the washer and dryer and they worked well. Byron was very helpful. Overall, we had a great time at Bootsie's Beach Break, we just have to figure out when we can return!

This was our second time to Eleuthera, but first at this house. We were not disappointed. The house is relatively new, nicely laid out, and in good condition. It was stocked well with everything we needed for the beach.
The house is located on a really nice and secluded stretch of beach - very few houses, very few people, and you can walk a long way. There was minimal trash on the beach, and the water is crystal clear with a nice sandy bottom and small waves.
The location is great for access to restaurants and groceries, being about halfway between Governors Harbor and James Cistern. Driving on Eleuthera is always a challenge so the location helped.
I guess my only knock is that the deck chairs are uncomfortable and difficult to adjust. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

This place is in an amazing location mid way down the island. Snorkel equipment for all 4 of us, beach chairs towels and a cooler for our day trips made our days on the island the ultimate relaxing experience. The views from inside as well as on the deck were breathtaking. The house , kitchen and grill as well as internet service all worked great. I would highly recommend Barbara's place to anyone looking for a very relaxing getaway. This place is ideal for two couples with plenty of privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends of the house.

The home is amazing - waking up and looking at the ocean was awesome! Never saw more than two people on the beach, walk around the corner and walk for miles without seeing anyone!

My wife and I spent a wonderful week here and we were thrilled with the amenities and the beautiful views. We traveled the entire length of Eleuthera during our visit and the location of this villa is our favorite place on the island. You will most likely have the beach to yourself as I only saw a few people during our whole week. We will definitely stay here again when we return. Thanks Again

The property was fantastic - and perfect for a beach getaway. The views from the house are truly spectacular. There were ample beach towels, floats, snorkel gear and coolers, so we didn't need to bring anything. We will definitely be back to this property! Thanks to Barbara and Byron for a wonderful stay.

The property sits up high and presents a stunning view if the ocean and beach. Only saw a few people at a time up and down the beach. Loved the open center concept. Having full kitchen and a grill that lit quickly and easily every time made preparing meals and snacks a breeze. The beds were quite noisy as others have noted, and the lounge chairs are about ready to be replaced. The paloma on the beach looked like it could have been a good place to while away the time during the day, but the vegetation hasn't been cut back in a while. The property is probably best for a couple or small family (2 bedrooms). The outside showers were an invigorating treat after coming up from the beach. The complimentary snorkel equipment was much appreciated and used to explore the rocks and offshore reef. Very private, secluded and relaxing. Exactly what was needed on this vacation. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again

We had a wonderful week at Bootsies. Barbie was so great at responding to our questions. Everything was as stated in Vrbo. Great kitchen with all we needed for cooking. Just the perfect Beach! Loved just walking on beach, snorkeling right from shore. Barbie gave great suggestions for exploring the Island. Only downside was the heat in July…. AC worked fantastic. Loved reading and relaxing in the heat of the day. Again, the VIEW! Just indescribable! Thank you Barbie!

The house was clean and great layout for teens on one side and parents on other. Only wished for a little shade on the back deck to enjoy the views in the major heat wave. Great proximity to Gov Harbour!

The house has 180 degree views of ocean waves breaking on the beach, which has very few people in it. Truly spectacular, soothing setting. The house is simple and very clean with all needed items, which was exactly what we wanted. Very good and friendly communication with barbi the owner and byron the caretaker. I’d love to return for a longer stay!

The house was in a great location, easy to get to governors Harbour, and surrounding towns. The view from the house is amazing! only saw one person a day, if even that. House was stocked with plenty of towels, however there are not paper products or soap, so you'll need to get some from the store. My only negatives about the house is there is strong Odor of cat or dog pee when you walk in the house, I'm not sure why... the corner of the couch has to be broken because you sink way down when you sit in it and it also has a soggy wet smell to it ( I'm sure from people sitting on it with wet swimsuits) and the beds are very noisy, any move you make, it will squeak and being super noisy

The house is on the Atlantic side of the Island, so there is always a pleasant breeze. It's quite centrally located so you can easily go in all directions. The house itself is very spacious en very clean. Because the house is slightly higher and has many windows you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic ocean from every place in the house. The owner responds extremely quickly to questions and the contact runs very smoothly. There were some minor comments we had, but they were addressed immediately. Great stay!!

Unbeatable ocean view!
This property is secluded on a hilltop with breathtaking ocean views. It’s so nice to have a birdseye view from the house and see a panorama view of the ocean. It has private access to a very private beach. We saw four people on the beach the entire trip and mostly felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The property also is in a great location for accessing everything on the island. Barbara is very quick to respond to every message and help with anything we needed, including flights. I highly recommend this property for your beach getaway!!

Snorkeling was not good in front of house, maybe it was the time of the year. Groceries are extremely expensive and selection is limited, especially for meat.

Best vacay in Eluethera!
My husband and I have travelled to Eleuthera four times, and this was our best stay location to stay. The house was immaculate with all the extras, making our stay memorable. The place is perfect for a beautiful view, dining and shopping in town, and close to our favorite beaches. The house is well stocked for cooking and relaxing. The host provides plenty of towels, washcloths, and beach towels. Beach chairs and a cooler are available for day trips around the island. I highly recommend this home and will return on our next Eleuthera adventure!

🌈BARBI’S PARADISE BEACH HOUSE🌈
What a truly amazing experience we had staying at Barbi’s beautiful home! Barbi is such a wonderful person and it shows in all of the comfy and charming details she has lovingly created there. The layout of the home is fantastic - with two large bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms on either side of the enormous great room/ open kitchen area. She has every possible cooking gadget you might need to make a gourmet meal! The air conditioning works amazing in all rooms and a lot of the time you just need the nice ceiling fans to cool down the space. The best part of the home though is the spectacular view of the most beautiful beach you have ever laid your eyes on! The blue color of the water, the pink sand beach and coral reefs are all viewed from the living room and both bedrooms! Imagine laying in your bed and looking out at the ocean! This place is a gem and Barbi is a gem! Thank you Barbi for such a memorable and magical vacay! 🌈🌈🌈

We loved our time in Eleuthera and at this property. It was very secluded, which is what we were hoping for. We only saw a few people each day at the beach at the house. We spent most of our time on the deck and walking the beach. The beach to the south past the corner was like being on a private island - a mile of beach with no one on it. We snorkeled on the beach in front of the house and saw a lot of colorful fish, a stingray and a barracuda! The interior setup of the house was great too - all the kitchen appliances you need, living room and bedrooms were perfect. We ate at 1648, Mel’s, Delish, Fishboat all were pretty good. Mel’s was the best for a budget meal and 1648 for a nicer meal. We went to a few other beaches - There was a beautiful beach on the Caribbean side by coco di mama - it was only 5 minutes north of the house. I think it was as good as Ten Bay. Lighthouse beach was absolutely worth the drive - it was incredible. Groceries were difficult - we purchased most at burrows in GH, there weren’t as many fresh items available at any of the stores we found. Mostly boxed and frozen items. Thanks again Barbi!!
