Situation exceptionnelle, buffets incroyables avec plein de choix de produits frais et régionaux. Service impeccable, personnel souriant. La chambre était confortable et bien aménagée. Les piscines très propres et nombreuses, aucun problème pour trouver des transats et parasols même en arrivant tard. Les spectacles musicaux étaient de qualité et les animateurs prenaient soin de passer voir les clients de façon très polie et joviale. Un petit coup de cœur pour Eva avec son sourire, sa bonne humeur et ses super cours d’aquagym. Il y a eu un orage un soir, en 2-2 les serveurs ont débarrassé toutes les tables dressées et, dès la fin de l’orage, tout séché / nettoyé et remis en place avant le dîner, ce qui montre la qualité exceptionnelle du service
La musique, bien que de très bonne qualité, est trop forte autour du bar. Les serviettes doivent être changées au spa plutôt que directement autour de la piscine.

Fantastic staff and lots to do. Kids club staff especially are next level. Room were spacious
We went in low season, which we didnt even know existed, only 1 restaurant was open out of 7. There was a tech conference on and it seemed the hotel prioritised that. The kids pool and playground was dirty/unkept, slides didnt work and the grass wasn't cut. A lot of the hotel is outdated, no dressing gowns/ironing boards, bathroom leak
