Lovely building, nice rooms and very friendly staff. Good restaurant. Location 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor!
Missed being able to get a coffee in the morning. Coffee machine in room would be a big plus

A very nicely decorated hotel, feels like you are sleeping in a museum. Welcoming hotel stuff, trouble free stay.
It would have been nice to have a breakfast option, saying that many breakfast place nearby.

Room was excellent and given a choice of rooms. Excellent quiet air con. Comfy bed and shower great.
Had dinner at the restaurant on our second night. Food excellent but wine choice a little difficult as our 2 preferred on the list not available.

Located in the heart of the old town.
Possibly seen better days in terms of management, in that when we arrived, there was no one around to check us in and we had to wait for an hour to check in. The phone number left on the desk was uncontactable.
Parking is very difficult with only a few places available to the hotel through very narrow lanes. Rooms ok but partitions between rooms very thin. No breakfast option.
