The staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast too.
The only downside was the pool was too cold for my son and we picked the hotel due to the size of the pool as well its location. He only went in once which was a shame.

The room was fine
Shame on them to even call it a Gym - broken equipment, no AC(when it's 38 degrees outside), very few working machine. Absolute shambles.
Breakfast is below average.
As a"spa" hotel, you'd expect the spa facilities to be included, but they're not and it's for extra charge.
