This is my 4th time, i always stay here when in Marrakech. Very clean, reasonable prices, quiet neighbourhood, all staff members are always very nice, except for one who crossed the line, but the manager Aziz took my complain very seriously.
Wifi is good, but choppy, cuts off and comes back on but generally works and covers all the hotel. Parking is always available however i dont agree with the fact that the best spot in front of the main door is to be always reserved for the hotel director, she will kill the staff if they let anyone park there, and i have never seen this in a Hotel. in company building yes, but in a hotel never.
Rooms are very clean, swimming pool always clean and nice. You dont hear any cars or horns outside. close to city center, many facilities available. Food is ok. carpets on floors could do with a deep clean. Is it a solid 4 star hotel, and i reccommend it and i will continue to stay there each time i am in Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the very first moment.
A very special thank you to the gentleman who prepared the omelets at breakfast. He was incredibly kind, always smiling, and greeted everyone with such warmth every morning. His positive attitude and genuine friendliness made breakfast a great experience every day. It was clear that he truly enjoys his job and cares about the guests. He deserves special recognition for his outstanding service.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to come back again!
Although we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the suite was overpriced and did not offer good value for the money we paid.

Nice beds, big room, terrace, safe location, near Menara Mall, Casino, Gueliz
They did not clean our room 1 of 2 days, no plates at breakfast, no information, wifi not well
