Firstly i would like to thank a few staff member's for making me and my family feel welcomed and went beyond expectations to make sure we was happy and satisfied.
I couldn't asked for a better place to stay.

property is nice clean poolside was clean lots off seating. Common area was nice in cosy. Restaurant/Bar area was nice.
Breakfast a bit for everyone.
Room was nice spacious and clean we mini fridge and microwave and a balcony.
Bathroom had bath and shower separate which was amazing. Toilet was also separated which was a bonus for families
The hotel wasn't to far away from the big square walking was less than 10 minutes if you know where your going. Not to far from the menara mall.

It’s was sufficient for an overnight to wait for a delayed flight but not for days on end unless you are on a tight budget of $100 a night.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Novotel Marrakech, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mohammed Bashir.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their knowledge, kindness, and genuine desire to help made a lasting impression on us.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Whether providing recommendations, assisting with requests, or simply greeting us with a friendly smile, they delivered exceptional customer service at every opportunity. They are a true asset to the Novotel team and embodies the highest standards of hospitality.
Thank you, for making our visit to Marrakech so memorable. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend both the hotel and the staff ‘s outstanding service to anyone visiting Marrakech.
