It's basically a one bedroom apartment and is well equipped - chiefly, I'm referencing the personal washing machine and tumble dryer (plus they give you a box of cleaning detergent). Beyond the perks of utilities, the room was very spacious and had a comfy bed. Looking at the bathroom, it was of a very nice quality with the walk-in shower being a real treat too. Adding on top of all this is the free parking below which I found to be reliable and easy to access (they also have another location nearby in reserve in case the main car park is full - although I never had to use it). Location wise it's in a quieter park of Naha, but still within easy reach of the main attractions (if traversing on foot, the nearest monorail station is a 10-15 minute walk away) and it has a convenience store right next to it

Room was clean with basic amenities. A 5-10 minute walk from the monorail and a handful of fast food and restaurants nearby.
Toilet was modern and very comfortable. Washing machine and dryer provided so we could some much needed laundry. Basic utensils and a stove also available.
Bed was small and could not ask for extra pillows. The coffee table soon got messy with stuff as it is small and we had to put things on the floor as the room was quite bare.
Husband also complained the room was stuffy, even though the balcony door was open.
Next to a funeral parlour, so maybe not the best location for those more superstitious.
