Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, separatem WC und Balkon. Parken ist ohne Aufpreis in der Tiefgarage in einem extra gesicherten Abschnitt möglich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden - Föhn, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Klimaanlage etc. Die Lage ist optimal, auf der einen Seite das Meer, durch den anderen Eingang gelangt man direkt in die Altstadt. Die Anlage ist um einen schönen Innenhof herum gebaut und durch Tore gesichert.
Was vielleicht fehlt, ist ein Hausmeister, der sich um die Anlage kümmert. Ein Tropfen Öl an der Wohnungstür oder den Jalousien würde vermutlich Wunder wirken.
