Excelent choise for a family

The location was great, really close to U3 metro station. The apartament is big, with everything that you need.

The walls may need a little paint but not mandatory.

Host are very approachable like when we had questions they respond emmeditialy

It very nice appartment big and clean … the host reminded our question especially when I ask for late check out he’s really nice and considerate . We enjoy our stay in the appartment.

Lack of the bread toaster knife for the kitchen .

For the next time I would certainly book the same Flatprovider.

The apartment is very nice, bright and spacious and extraordinary clean. Well located for public transportation and also 10 minutes walk to the main Mariahilfer Str street. Absolutely lovely.

We do like contactless check in at the most.

Perfect staycation with family in Vienna.

The location is perfect to visit most of the major attractions by foot. Also, since its very close to the Westbahnhof, supermarkets, restaurants etc are within walking distance. The apartment was well-organised and had all the necessary amenities. It is perfect for a stay with family.

Only discomfort is the sharp edge of the platform (next to the window) in the bed room. If some kind of cushion arrangement could be made, it could be a lot more safer for kids especially.

Great place for Vienna sightseeing

Spacious, clean, well equipped, recently remodeled. The subway is across the street, so we were just a few minutes from Vienna center. Supermarket one block away. It was a bit hot as we stayed there during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning but the host brought us a fan. A great stay!

This has nothing to do with the apartment but we didn’t like the suggested parking, we wondered if it was safe. There was a better one but very expensive and eventually my son found one under a private residence using a phone app.

Great week in Vienna full of fun and museum exploration

General information about the apartment: - Everything was clean, bed linen and towels were white and fresh. - The area of the apartment is sufficient for a family of four persons, we lived a week without any discomfort. - The rooms are cool even with a outside temperature of 32 degrees, the lack of air conditioning was not a problem at all. It was even cold at night without a blanket. - The instructions for using electronic devices in the apartment helped a lot :) Bedroom: - The mattresses on the beds were comfortable, we also slept on the sofa for a week and there were no problems - we slept well. Kitchen: - The room had a capsule coffee machine with 15-16 capsules. This saved us during our early departure. - There was a complete set of utensils. - Apartment has a dishwasher, but we didn't use it :) Bathroom: - The main thing for us was that there was a washing machine, which is necessary for families with children! - Hot water was available all the time, during this week we never had to wait for it to heat up, even when everyone took a shower one after another. Location: In my opinion, this is the gem of this apartment: - orange line of metro withing 3 minutes walk - 3 stored within 5-7 minutes walk: Lidl, Hopper and Spar - DM shop near the metro entrance - great buffet breakfasts in a cafe 5 minutes walk, not expensive and free for small kids (there is information about this place in the apartment) Summary: really perfect place to stay in Vienna!

For us there were two inconveniences of the apartment: - we really did not expect that the TV may not be a SmartTV without access to the Internet. The children did not agree with such digital detox and were on their phones all the time. Next time we will take usb flash drives with cartoons to be ready for such cases! :) - several nights it was noisy due to first floor: once our neighbors left their apartment for a very long time and talked at 2 am under our windows when they waited for taxi, other night some delivery drivers or garbage collectors made noise and threw some boxes around 6am.

Apartman was PERFECT!! Clean, big, worm,all new insaide....Location is also perfect, 50 m from U3 metro and 10 min to shoping center. Owner was very polity and at the service with all needed information in advance. For sure we will come again. My recomendation to all!!!

The location is perfect, everything is close, the shops, the metro, even some nice decent-priced cafés. The hosts were so nice and helpful all the way through our stay. It was overall a very nice and clean apartment with everything we needed. I definitely do recommend.

We had everything in apartment, staff was nice and helpfull. When we asked about second blanket they brought it.

it was very cold in the apartment and it was dirty. There was very fast contact with owner/working man and they tried to help but it was still really cold. Staff was good but apartment was still cold and dirty. Do not know what is 50€ for cleaning there.

¡NICE APARTMENT!

The apartament was really close to the public transport so you could go easily to the center. Also, It was modern and well equipped (towels, shampoo,coffee ...)

The heating system was not enough for us but we talked to the owner and he said he would take a look at It and he was really kind.

Nice little apartment.

Close to subway. Spacious. Easy handling. Large fridge and all cooking facilities.

The sofa in the living room was in very bad state. The TV was tiny.

easy access and good location. very close to underground station. comfortably fit 5 people and was fully equipped.

the neighbours were very loud, if you sleep on the sofa bed in the living room it is noisy.

Quiet and nice place in an interesting Vienna

The Apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and very spacey. It was very clean and the WiFi was great. The subway (U-Bahn U3) station is only a couple of footsteps from the apartment and thus the connection to practically anywhere in the city is just great.

Plăcut

A quiet studio located about 2,5 km far away from the center but the metro station is on 50m and the tram station on 150m; a lot of supermarkets and restaurant nearby, also a lovely park for children on 50m. The amenties of the studio are good, the size of the studio is good, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable.

The apartment wasn't proper cleaned; it were dead spiders at the corner of the walls and the floor was dirty; also the studio need a painting because the walls are dirty. Would be nice a toaster, a big broom and some detergent capsules for the washing machine.
