Room was very comfortable. Set in beautiful gardens with lovely views. Lovely breakfast, with gluten free cereal options. 5 minute drive outside of the town. Shower pressure was great and the beds were very comfortable. Overall the building was beautiful and clean.
Staff on check in were a bit snobish, two rooms together had been requested and this wasn't able to be met. The accessible room was mostly accessible but small changes would need to be made for full access to certain aspects if a wheelchair user was using it.

A great buffet breakfast, many options. Lovely bathroom, a shower AND a shower/bath. Modernised interior however still maintaining the history where needed. Loved the museum of the place, a great touch. A lot of facilities, gym, spa, pool room.
Perhaps more professional front of house staff.
