Cleanliness and location are amazing. The staf were very helpful.
Little bir noisy but the property is at the top location so we didnt care. And maybe the cooler could have been upgraded but it was enough to cool the water down

My holiday stay in Naples was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the level of service was consistently excellent. The room was cleaned daily and maintained to an impeccable standard. The staff deserve special recognition — they were welcoming, attentive, and provided clear guidance and support whenever needed, making my experience seamless and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and strongly recommend it to future guests visiting.

Very good location, easy to get there, just outside pedestrian area. Rooms are different, some are bigger, some smaller, but all have decent size. A big appreciation for Umberto - he was more than helpful, arranged for taxis and helped us with small requests. The hotel is in busy area, with bars that close late during weekend and traffic so if you are a light sleeper do bring earplugs. We didn't mind, we have chosen the hotel precisely for his location.

Stuff is very friendly, location is nice, very central (which means of course loud, like everywhere in the city center!)
Steps inside of the room are very steep, must be very careful. No kitchenette available, no water left for us, not even coffee, which was very surprising and my first time in the whole Italy! A really small shower, you can barely fit inside
