Perfect location in Newport! Beautiful roof top view and sitting area (Although quite chilly this time of year up there).House/condo has all the basics you need. Easily accommodated our crew of 4. The "living" space could use some more seating. Overall a pleasant place to stay in Newport Beach.

The place was great. Easy to access and super walkable. Walked to the grocery store multiple times, walked to dinner, and walked to the pier. Super fun location. It was pretty quiet too which was a plus having a 2-year-old.

We had an amazing time at the property. The walkout access to the beach and prom and the roof deck were the highlights. There were some issues (shower didn’t drain and one toilet didn’t flush consistently and the small deck overlooking the beach was sketchy).

We had such a great time for fall break with our family here. The location is right on the boardwalk so it was easy access to everything.

The property was exactly as listed and shown in photos. We loved the easy access to the boardwalk and beach. The teens loved the roof top deck. The beds and furniture was less than comfortable, which is expected in a short term rental.

The condo is right on the boardwalk. Very clean, updated appliances and decor. Perfect to hop on with a bike or walk right onto the beach. Balcony for people watching. The only thing others staying here would have to consider is an awkward climb with heavy suitcases to condo via a spiral staircase.

The location is fantastic, the property manager was great and easy to work with. My only issue is that the pictures of the furniture needs to be updated. None of the pictures in the listing is the same and the 2 chairs in the living room did not exist. we were lacking in the seating area. The manager did work with us, and was very pleasant.
