Here's what you'll find throughout: ENTRY: Interior spiral staircase provides access to upper unit from the ground level entry door, with yet another spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop deck LIVING/DINING AREA: - Open floor plan includes living/dining/kitchen areas - all with ocean views - Sofa and upholstered side chair seating; cable TV - Dining table w/ seating for 6 - Sliding glass doors open to the front balcony w/ chair seating KITCHEN: - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All major and small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (coffee filters, napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) UPPER LEVEL: Moving up the half flight of stairs, you will find all 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms — all beach inspired! Perfect location in Newport! Beautiful roof top view and sitting area (Although quite chilly this time of year up there).House/condo has all the basics you need. Easily accommodated our crew of 4. The "living" space could use some more seating. Overall a pleasant place to stay in Newport Beach.

The place was great. Easy to access and super walkable. Walked to the grocery store multiple times, walked to dinner, and walked to the pier. Super fun location. It was pretty quiet too which was a plus having a 2-year-old.

We had an amazing time at the property. The walkout access to the beach and prom and the roof deck were the highlights.
There were some issues (shower didn’t drain and one toilet didn’t flush consistently and the small deck overlooking the beach was sketchy).

The property was exactly as listed and shown in photos. We loved the easy access to the boardwalk and beach. The teens loved the roof top deck. The beds and furniture was less than comfortable, which is expected in a short term rental.

The condo is right on the boardwalk. Very clean, updated appliances and decor. Perfect to hop on with a bike or walk right onto the beach. Balcony for people watching. The only thing others staying here would have to consider is an awkward climb with heavy suitcases to condo via a spiral staircase.

The location is fantastic, the property manager was great and easy to work with. My only issue is that the pictures of the furniture needs to be updated. None of the pictures in the listing is the same and the 2 chairs in the living room did not exist. we were lacking in the seating area. The manager did work with us, and was very pleasant.

Time went by too fast!
The house is beautiful and spacious for a beach house. We had plenty of room for 4 women on a vacation. The view is amazing from the dining/living area or hanging out on the balcony. You can also go up to the rooftop for more outdoor views, but we enjoyed the comfort of the indoors during the winter month. The location is great, close enough to walk to the pier but a little farther to avoid the pier crowds. You can also walk to plenty of restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay, but the time went by too fast!

The furniture in the rooftop is gross (sofa cushions filthy and the floor was full of hair and grease stains. Bathrooms newly remodeled were nice. Comfy beds and pillows We were pretty disappointed overall.

Amazing location!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Waking up on the beach to the sound of the waves was much needed. The property was very clean and enjoyable. The grocery store/ restaurants are within a short convenient walk.
Thank you for the great stay.
*If you plan on bringing your car, make sure it is no taller than a 5'8". Anything taller will not fit in the garage and parking is tough to find.

Great Property for Family vacay
This property was Great ! Newly remodeled and Pretty Clean. I say pretty clean Only because the Floors were a little dirty to the point where white socks ended up thrown away. Besides that, everything else in the house was Clean and organized. The bathrooms were super clean and even smelled good. The kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend stay(silverware, plates, cups, paper towels, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) The bedroom sheets and blankets were clean and Most Importantly the beds were comfortable. Provided beach were nice too. Only reason I don't give it 5 star is Parking. We had a minivan that did not fit in the garage so we had to find street parking 4 blocks away and we couldn't use the van for fear of losing the spot. We ended using Uber to get around which ended up costing us a bunch of money. Unless you want to go to the street parking meters every 2 hours this is really the best choice for us anyways. Besides that this property is in an AWESOME location to the pier, grocery store is a 4-5 min walk, Coffee shop, Pizza, a healthy smoothie spot that was great and many other easy to get to spots. The check in and check out process was super easy. Oh and did I mention the view? A Beautiful View of the ocean and beach. The roof top patio was cool too, I even took a nap up there. I would stay here again in a second I just would get a shorter car. Thank you for providing a Great Property.
