I mean who doesn't want to stay in a castle at least once in her life. This castle was a beautiful stay. Our room was large, the beds were comfy, and the grounds were dreamy! We did not have time to use the golf course, but we did enjoy a meal at the club house. We also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast the next morning at the Castle.

The location and overall setting was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful.
It's a beautiful castle, meaning it's old. That is good and bad. The worst part was no air conditioning. We were on the upper floor so the room was uncomfortably hot and was right over the kitchen/garbage bins so there were unpleasant odors especially with the windows open to provide any ventilation.

Beautiful castle, well kept building and surroundings. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, very nice dinner.
Private location, beautiful walks.
Our friend played golf and loved it.
After touring Ireland, and in comparison to other hotels, the breakfast lacks a bit for my liking, for example, no coffee machine offering different types for coffee.
