The location was close to parking, restaurants, supermarket, and downtown. Vibrant and safe neighbourhood. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. The separate rooms with their own bathrooms were useful. Couldn't hear voices or music from other occupants.
We did have loud thumping from room above, but this quieted down and was preferrable to hearing TV's and talking. The bathroom was a bit worn, but overall useful and clean.

Pleasantly surprised to have 2 double beds. Great to have free parking outside.
Took longer to return deposit than we were told.
