Ease of access with shuttle bus was good, especially as the bus also stopped at a shopping mall. The room was comfortable with space for 2 x clamshell suitcases. Loved the onsite 711 and laundry.
Bed was on the hard side - more than just firm.

There should be coffee, black tea and sugar provided in the rooms please. The majority of guests were Westerners who expect these to always be available.
Even the convenience store doesn't have black tea!

My room was clean and spacious, with everything I needed. I enjoyed the 7Eleven in the lobby, and the Costa Coffee kiosk at the restaurant. The shuttle service from the airport was appreciated, and the shuttle to the nearby Aeon Mall.
My room was also very quiet. Short walk to other restaurants too, like Royal Host.
My room was on the 4th floor, but I had to go down to 1st floor to use the microwave. A microwave on each level, in the room that had the ice and filtered water machines, would be a welcome addition.
I was told at Check-in that as I was staying for 7 nights, my room would be cleaned/refreshed on the 4th day, unless I put out the Do Not Disturb sign. I did hang out the Do Not Disturb sign on the 4th day, but my room was still entered and cleaned by housekeeping staff. I was not happy about this. Later in my stay I read on some paperwork that housekeeping will enter your room regardless of whether the sign is displayed or not, because they want to maintain a level of cleanliness, so all rather confusing to be honest.
Employees on Reception should always be polite to guests. Sassy comments should not be made.
