Staff made the whole service extremely personalized especially Sasha, who was open, hospitable and went above the expectations
Maybe the old pool where children were allowed but had the infinity pool alternative

The personalized welcome when you reach the facility, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the two different pools (one for families, another for adults only, both very nice), the kind attentions for my husband's birthday, the breakfast choices, and of course: the location of the hotel, among some of the most beautiful dunes in the country! The access road itself it worth going!
If you're coming by car, the road gets a little tricky after Abu Dhabi, that is the only downside to this location: stay alert on the road.

breakfast was good.
hotel atmosphere was good too.
their entertainment and facility specially for people with kids under 10. whatever tour we wanted to take with my son who is 7 years old was not allowed and we found it boring. for the price we paid and the advertisement we saw it wasn't what we expected.
