Top Empfang, sehr freundlicher Empfang, man fühlte sich sofort wohl, wurde behandelt wie ein Stammgast. Mir wurde das Hotel inklusive Zimmer und Wellnessbereich persöhnlich gezeigt. Hatte ich bisher noch nie gehabt. Überaus freudliches Personal. Das Zimmer war NEU!!!
Alles war perfekt, es gab keinen Grund zur Klage.

All staff was friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is a huge complex with fix places with name tags for everybody. After clearing of some misunderstandings on Hungarian names/family names we got one of the most remote places furthest from provisions & breakfast offer.
In the afternoon some free snacks (?) coffee, tea (?) was offered yet charged. For us it was not clear what is free what is charged.
On my request one day invoice had been reimbursed.
Insufficient parking place (high fresh snow fell that night).
