The entire property is very well maintained, the room was spotless and incredibly comfortable - as if brand new. High quality mattress and linens for an amazing nights sleep, lots of space and terrific amenities. The spa area has 3 small and one large sauna plus a steam room, so even when busy it didn’t feel crowded - multiple relaxation rooms, everything sparkling clean and fresh, and always plenty of fresh towels. Stayed for 4 dinners, every single one of the 16 dishes was delicious, and nothing repeated. Staff are friendly and attentive/helpful, hotel is well staffed so you’re never waiting or looking for someone. Breakfast was sufficient, the egg dishes ordered from the kitchen are excellent but the buffet was a bit sparse. Location is great, right across the street from a Billa and lifts, lots of greet hikes nearby, quiet clean town although it still has plenty of local alpine charm.
Parking not guaranteed, if you get to the hotel late there may not be a spot left, unground parking is also a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Dog fee of 30€ a night is on the higher side, but the overall value is still great. Breakfast buffet could benefit from more options/substance
