Classic a bit older hotel but good location for skiing and to centre of Bad Hofgastein. Very warm even in colder days.
Nice that entry to Therme in included.
Dinner and restaurant close at 20:30 sharp! Not even an option for snack or something. Keep in mind if you arrive late on your first night.

Nice and quiet, good sleep. Big rooms. Parking, Bergbahn and spa included, which made the price very attractive.
Cigarette smoke coming in, if balcony open.

Bar was shut due to sick leave for the entire week we were there....
No electric chargers for vehicle
Only one side of bed had plugs
Shower was very small if you were over 1.90m
Shower temperature in the mornings fluctuated a lot
Had requested a quiet room, were placed next to kids playground.

The staff were not helpful. Our room required two flights of stairs, which wasn’t mentioned when we booked, and no one helped with our luggage, even though we have three kids.

"Clean, warm and good size room. Alpine centrum entry is included everyday in the hotel price and it is max 10min walk. Glass of prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. Very good buffet breakfast and goo..."
