Nettes Hotel, aber kein 4 Sterne Niveau

Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung, die Lage des Hotels ist super! Das Frühstück war super vielfältig und lecker!

Wir haben das Hotel insbesondere wegen des hochgelobten Essens gelobt und wurden dahingehend sehr enttäuscht. Das Abendessen war bei weitem kein 4-Sterne-Niveau. Insbesondere die Hauptgänge waren unwirklich enttäuschend, das Essen war kalt und handwerklich nicht gut! Zudem gab es bspw. an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden Risotto in der pescetarischen Option. Auch die Desserts waren an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden fast identisch. Wir waren insgesamt vom Abendessen sehr enttäuscht. Der Wasserkocher in unserem Zimmer war von innen verschimmelt, als wir an der Rezeption deshalb nach einem neuen Wasserkocher baten, erhielten wir einen anderen, ohne dass sich für diesen Fauxpas entschuldigt wurde?!

Kompetenz der Geschäftsleistung , keine Termine für Massagen, mein Mann durfte leider nicht in die Therme , Sauna ,Bademeister wollte es nicht da mein mann einen künstlichen Ausgang hat kein Radonbad angeblich nur mit Attest was gar nicht stimmte ,

Nice place

Big room with large balcony & nice views. Mini fridge was very useful. Breakfast selection was great. Had dinner at the hotel twice and both were excellent. Short bus ride to Bad Gastein.

Room is getting a little dated and could use a refresh. Hair dryer repeatedly overheated.

Grand stay at Cesta Grande

The location of the CESTA hotel in Bad Bruck is conveniently located opposite a bus stop with regular bus services. The hotel rooms are outstanding big with good cupboard space, a comfy bed, well equipped bathroom, and as we were there in winter - good heating. Breakfast buffet offers a big variety of food (cold and hot, salty and sweet). Spa - the swimming pool is a good size for swimming and temperature of the water makes you stay in comfortably. The use of sauna area and steam bath is mixed, which is not everyone´s liking. A big praise to the staff at the bar area and the restaurant, they were very professional and friendly.

It would have been nice to have a few evening entertainments, e.g. live music - on the pianos in the bar area; presentations of the healing qualities of the thermal water and the Heilstollen or a presentation of hikes or skiing options (through the local hotel guide - Ingrid maybe). As the hotel is not in the town of Bad Gastein, this evening entertainments could be welcomed by guests and could add to the hotels activities.

Entspannender Aufenthalt

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker, insbesondere wurde auch auf Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten eingegangen. Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet.

Tökéletes válaszadás

Fantasztikus ételek és személyzet. Külön kiemelnénk a Renátát a recepciónál akinek profizmusa, kedvessége és segítőkészsége bearanyozta minden napunkat már az érkezésünkkor és mindvégig.

A szoba bútorzata kissé régimódi és helyenként kopott, de a tisztaság mindenütt tökéletesen rendben volt. A takarító személyzet munkája kompenzálta a hiányosságokat.

Super Skiurlaub mit geilem Wellnessbereich, komme gerne wieder!

Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer in der ersten Stock, mit netten Ausblick, zwar ohne Balkon aber richtig schön. Das Hotel ist angenehm warm, und generell super sauber. Die Bilder entsprechen die Wahrheit. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend, besonders möchte ich Renata von der Rezeption hervorheben. Sie hat mich schnell über alles informiert, meine Fragen vollständig beantwortet und mir das Gefühl gegeben, dass sie wirklich um mich gekümmert hat. Ich wurde beim Check In noch mit einem schön servierten Glas Sekt verwöhnt. Da ich selber jahrelang in der Hotellerie tätig bin, kann ich eine herzhafte Begrüßung wirklich wahrnehmen. :)

Leider wurde meine Milchallergie am zweiten Abend nicht vollständig beachtet, falsches Gericht wurde serviert, und ich musste alles mindestens 2x hinterfragen, welche Fragen das Servicepersonal leider nicht beantworten konnte. Natürlich führte diese zur Verwirrung und Unsicherheit, und eine extreme Wartezeit. Am ersten Abend (am Anreisetag) ist aber alles problemlos und glatt gelaufen.

Haus und Zimmer sehr großzügig ausgestattet, Aufenthalt im Hotel wie immer sehr angenehm.

Sehr geräumige, saubere Zimmer, tolles Badezimmer; Wellnessbereich ausgezeichnet;

Brot und Gebäck beim Frühstück nicht immer ganz frisch.

Ausstattung top. Lage i.O. Personal leider keine 4 Sterne.

Teilweise schöne erneuerte Bereiche. Sehr sauber. Alles ist vorhanden für einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Das Personal war sehr langsam und überfordert. An vielen Stellen zudem unterbesetzt und äußerst unkoordiniert (Rezeption, Bedienung). Es gibt keinen (sichtbaren) Oberkellner oder eine ähnliche Rolle die die einzelnen Mitarbeiter koordiniert. Die Kellner wussten nicht wie man ein Getränk, dass auf Ihrer Karte angeboten wird, zubereitet. Es war auch kein Wille vorhanden, die Zubereitung eventuell zu googeln, man solle lieber ein Bier bestellen. Der Kellner verwies darauf, Trinkgeld in Bar auszuzahlen, weil er es sonst mit Kollegen aus der Küche teilen müsste.

Room was comfortable but outdated and no air conditioning

The restaurant offered breakfast and dinner but no lunch. They offer a small food option at 230 pm at the bar. So if you have an early breakfast you have a long wait. There should be a lunch menu as the hotel is quite isolated. They will inform you the golf club across the road serves food. Also being isolated they should have coffee/ drinks offered all day. But they won’t serve you until 230pm The dinner meal was very nice and of a very high standard. The public areas have been modernised but not my room

Great!

The location. The SPA. The food in the restaurant. Especially the dinner and deserts - excellent. The atmosphere and landscape.

The reception personnel changed our room two times. The worst experience ever in this hotel! Room was too far from reception. Having difficulties moving luggage around.

We had a great time there.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious, with a balcony and a great view The spa services were excellent. Half-board represented good value for money. Breakfast and dinner were very good and we found the staff at the restaurant very attentive and extremely friendly. The hotel offers a very convenient free parking The location is a bit far from the town center, but we considered it a plus in terms of privacy and beautiful surroundings

A minor issue: the air extractor timer in the bathroom did not work

Our family with 2 kids (10,12) really enjoyed the stay!

Really good facilities: pool is big and water warm - excellent for kids and adults; fitness center/gym has all you need equipment and in very good condition; playground outside, sauna, spa - all you want is there. All rooms have view and food was good. The location is excellent for hiking, a wide variety of trail starts just around the corner..

Great hotel with beautiful view.

Great breakfast, gluten-free options per request. In the half pension an afternoon snack is included. Absolutely breathtaking view. Nice wellness department, although the saunas are swimsuit-free areas. The common areas are nice and modern.

Nice and spacious hotel , friendly staff, Very good facilities for teenage kids, I would go back.

A very comfortable hotel with great food and a lot of equipments. Only the WIFI did not work

This hotel is very comfortable and with modern equipments. The staff is very welcoming and polite and the cuisine is refined, varied and with plenty of food

unfortunatly when the hotel is full the WIFI does not work on the third floor. I did not have access to internet for 10 days and had to go to the lobby.

Rooms are ver generous, and the staff very helpful. Aris in the restaurant is always friendly and helpful, Jozef does the best "Aufguss" for those sore ski muscles.

Everything was perfect! - breakfast; - rooms; - spa; - staff - athmosphere. It was our 3rd holiday at CESTA HOTEL and again everything was just “simply perfect”. I think CESTA is in our top 3 favorite holtels! (and we are traveling a lot 😎). Keep doing the great job! Thanks! See you soon! 🙌
