Die Lage des Hotels ist grandios. Direkt an der Felswand gelegen mit Blick in die Stadt, das ist einfach großartig. Das Hotel ist relativ neu renoviert und die Ausstattung in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir hatten zwei Balkone mit wunderbaren Blick in alle Richtungen.
Das Frühstück war etwas schwach. Nur Filterkaffee, keine warme Milch. Die Wurst, der Schinken, der Käse oft schon vertrocknet (auch wenn man um 8 Uhr zum Frühstück kam). Wir wurden in eine kleine Nische gesetzt, obwohl im Lokal noch viel Platz war. Das Brot ging zu Ende, es kam nichts nach (bzw. dann ein paar Semmeln). Das Personal spricht nur schlecht Englisch und ist nicht besonders aufmerksam. Das Angebot sehr einfach, speziell was das Obst und Gemüse angeht - Da ist man doch bei anderen Hotels heute einen anderen Standard gewohnt.

Location, room, staff and cleanliness
Arrival was so confusing, did not say to go through Wild Bad reception to get to main one, so hard to find main reception. Super disappointed ALL restaurants/bars closed and not told in advance. Would help to supply a list of other places in town that were actually open. Picked this hotel as liked restaurants and bars so was super disappointed not told upfront.
