Location and views.
The hotel mentioned in the room description that each of the 2 rooms that I have reserved has a queen bed when in fact it was two single beds adjacent to each other!!! The breakfast also could be better. Some of the reception staff were unfortunately unfriendly and uncooperative.

The hotel is beautiful and has a unique character. Delicious food for dinner. Incredible views. Great location. An absolute must-visit!
Parking is included, but the spots next to the main entrance are very limited. The parking at the back side of the hotel is a bit bigger, though not quite easy to find. We were there at the end of the season, and some areas of the SPA were closed.

The location, breakfast and facilities were very nice.
Everything was completely good the only thing was that the upper floors of the drawer were dusty and needed cleaning before putting the stuff there.

The mountains were beautiful!
The staff was unfriendly, and the unloading and parking were terrible! You have to drag everything up and down the stairs. It was very noisy both in the rooms and in the hotel as a whole. Slippers were not provided, which significantly reduced the quality of your stay!
