The friendly and polite staff members, location of the hotel and the food.

The parking could be free for the hotel guests but otherwise everything was perfect.

good location, big and clean room.

Strange system of getting bathrobes, for some reason you have to ask for them at the reception. there is no coffee machines or kettles at the room. Overpriced for this kind of service

The staff was far from normal standards with regards to service especially at this pricepoint. I will not be visiting this hotel again.

overall our stay was good, would have liked a bath in our room but they didn’t upgrade or could change our rooms due to

we have visited Das Alpenhaus before and couldn’t praise this property enough. somethings has changed which we didn’t enjoy as much unfortunately. But had a lovely massage and reflexology. Lupie the receptionist was lovely and welcoming, as usual.

unfortunately this time round some of the spa facilities had a distinct odour smell. Food was a bit disappointing this time, some items were very over salty.

The stay was comfy and pleasant ♥️

The staff are very friendly and helpful… they are all kind and welcoming.

The bed sheets material is stretching cotton so it hold lots of hair and dust and it is not changed every day… the house keeping changed it after around a week and when asked them to change it.

I like the clean of rooms and bathrooms, Breakfast was within Good Standard.

I did not like the behavior of old women that was in dinner PERIOD on 13 Aug 22. In addition, recommended for gcc countries and Arab countries not order dinner.

The location of the hotel was convenient, and the staff were friendly and very helpful in particular Tobias at the hotel restaurant.

It wasn’t clean, the cost is not justified

The hotel , the location, the parking , the staff specially the reception lady Marion and the restaurant lady Victoria, The room , the spa and the pool . The service was very good
