Smaller and in the corner but nice and agreeable.

Enough and delicious breakfast and lunch and dinner. The staff are giving their best. Everyday different food, .. I enjoy the music when I pass to go to the restaurant. Swimmingpoolopen 7/7, enough activities for everybody.

Just wait more distraction for Friday and Saturday evening like dancing /show etc ...

Overall good, can recommend, but some issues to be reported

Almost everything was good: location, pools, room cleanness, etc.

Only 2 problems we had during our stay: 1. Food in general - quality is ok, but variety is very limited and what is even worse - it is absolutely untasty. Almost everything had no taste. They should try to change a cook. Breakfasts were the worst: becon had strange taste, omlets awful(yes it is hard to imagine but they managed somehow even to spoil omlets))), but fried eggs were even worse, one day they were as plastic overcooked)). Only pancakes were tasty, but they were available not every day. I can add a lot more about food, but think it is enough 2. The last day hotel staff put water pump in order to water the grass just near our window in the bedroom at 5-45 in the morning and switched in on. Disaster. I woke up and the only idea that came to my mind is to go and to switch it off on my own. I did it) However, the last day was spoiled((

Fair price/quality option

The mini apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Fair quality/price alternative.

The food was not nice, it fits its purpose of not letting you starve during your stay, but there is no taste or quality to it (I opted to eat outside the hotel several times, even though I had an all-inclusive arrangement). The wifi connection in the bedroom and common areas of the hotel is very weak, it only works fairly ok in the living room of the apartment you booked. You only have air-conditioning in the bedroom, not the rest of the apartment/studio. They did not clean my room every day, and the first time did not even make the beds.

I was happy with the accommodation, location & staff. so nothing to complaint about

nice clean apartments & nice location. friendly & helpful staff.

the food was below average, Wi-Fi not connected with the tv so it was not possible to watch on demand shows, & the bathroom liquid dispensers were not working properly.

Amazing staff, great pool, clean.

We booked another place that was unfortunately overbooked. Thanks to booking.com's swift problem solving we were able to get to this place. Their staff was absolutely amazing. They remained professional, quick to the task and friendly at all times. We never had to wait for anything. There was a small Tennis court on sight that is actually quite well kept. We haven't been in the pools, but they looked well kept and clean. The layout with the main bar surrounded by the pool is a nice touch and it is easy to get into a holiday mood. They serve excellent Ron con cola and other beverages. They have excellent room service that replaces your towel daily (in case you are into that)

We actually booked another room in Playa del Ingles that turned out to be overbooked. Thanks to booking.com's customer support and goodwill we were able to receive this place as substitute on 2 hours notice. So under these circumstances we can not complain, but if we were it would be the following: The WiFi-system is slow and dated. To get access to it, you have to ask in the lobby for them to create a login and password for you. Once logged it, it is super slow slow. You can not use the login data for another device. Too bad if you have two phones or a phone and a laptop. You can only use one of it at a time. According to our booking the bungalow was supposed to have kitchen. And well it does have Sink and even a tiny stove and a fridge, but there is literally nothing else except one single pot that a guest must have forgotten. So to think you could actually cook in the apartment, no you can not unless you bring your own kitchen utensils. We would have preferred to get two towels per person instead of only one that they change daily as soon as we leave the room. But that might be just us. It is an All Inclusive Resort, so like expected lunch and dinner produces a lot of food waste. The side dishes like rice, noodles, fries were alright and their fried beef bits were quite good. There was only two times a vegetarian main course from six meals we head, so four times one had to be satisfied with salat and the soup (that was vegetarian at least 3 times out of 6). It's a shame they put surimi and bacon on the pizza they served two times, it shouldn't be too difficult to leave some pieces vegetarian. The bread rolls were quite dry. Nothing compared to the bread rolls you can get at Spar. We think they should serve the eggs "à la carte" with only a few prepared to have less food waste and eggs cooked to taste for guests. The Minigolf tracks are not so well kepts. 5 of 14 holes are basically the very same, because obstacles were missing.

great holiday, would definitely use again for the right price.

rooms and facilities were great. food and drinks were nice always a decent selection.

lack of entertainment, music at pool was really low, i understand not all clientele appreciate loud music but maybe being able to hear it would be nice! after all everyone has paid the same money to stay.

Comfortable & Relaxing

Reception staff were friendly & helpful through our our weeks stay. With paying for superior rooms, we were directly on to the pool. Sun trap on our balcony. Rail to dry swimming costume / towels etc. Whole of resort kept very clean. Staff work very hard. Plenty of sunbeds. Tennis courts available to use, along with mini golf & Table Tennis. Aqua gym was fun to join in with. Hotel is filled with different nationalities.

That there was only 1 pillow each in the room. They provided another one on request which was great. No kettle in the room.

Great value for money, great food, clean and comfortable

All food was varied, fresh, plentiful and tasty. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and always on hand. Pool was large and always clean

Big and clean rooms, honestly from 2 stars we expected such less than we've got. Food was tasty-ofc don't expect quality of restaurant but very easy everyone can find something for himself. Daily a few hot propositions during all meals. Waiters from the bar are always kind and smiling. People in reception is all helpfull. If we will come back to Gran Canaria in some day, it will be our first choice again. Thank you Turbo club.

Great family holiday. Clean. Fresh food great value for money.

Staff very friendly, very modern rooms, rooms cleaned every 2 days. Always got a sun bed when wanted one. Food was always hot and replenished continuously. Lots of meat and fish dishes.

If you are a vegetarian normal only 1 meal choice and not clearly marked that they are suitable for vegetarian.

long waits for drinks, drinks given in paper cups (even the wine) food choices very poor, cockroaches absolutely everywhere. only one bar, staff rude. entertainment only 2 of the 7 nights we were there. rubbish everywhere and not very clean or sanitary
