First time here.
I had seen a few of the reviews and was worried I wouldn’t like it. I couldn’t be more wrong.
Staff at Reception were excellent and helpful.
I had to arrive a few days later due to a situation at home and staff were really understanding and kept my booking open.
The pool bar and facilities were so great and really peaceful and relaxing.
The lack of air con was not actually a problem like I thought it would be, ceiling fan did the job even in the heat wave.
I felt the beds were comfy too.
Honestly nothingI I can think of. Would really love to stay again when I’m back to Lanzarote next year.
Shame there’s no availability when I’m there!

Hotel was very clean and nice reception on arrival + everyone very friendly. Pool is great (cold, which is good for the heat!), very clean and the area is very well maintained. There was a seperate indoor seating area which was good for an escape from the sun. There is a bar for food and drinks if needed. The room had a fridge, hob and microwave so could cook easily & a Lidl and supermarket 8-9 min walk away. Great location - so convenient. Lanzarote is hilly so be aware it's located in a hilly area. Gym was good and well equipt! You can store luggage there + there is a bookable (free) shower room which is good if flying late in the evening. Thank you
The room would have been excellent if there was some air con. It was extremely hot and although I know a fan is available on reception, I only realised that on the way out. It was hard to sleep. My patio door didn't actually lock although the area felt safe.
