Room was very comfortable with a lovely view. Spa was absolutely divine, from the friendly staff, to the relaxing pool, jacuzzi and sauna. I also got a Swedish massage from Jess and it so relaxing would definitely recommend.
Only thing that annoyed us was the Maître d' at the restaurant. We arrived at 7.45 for 8pm dinner. He told us to wait at the bar (we later found out our table was empty and set and ready to go). Two other couples arrived at 7.55 and were shown straight to their tables. He eventually came back to us at 8.01 and shows us to our table. Maybe the fact that we were starving didn't help, but we didn't like his style/attitude.

Lovely location. Spa lovely. Had Voya facial from Siobhan. Absolutely wonderful
Difficult to get taxis in from Westport. In the end rang the hotel and they sorted for us. Only for reception we were really stuck.

When booking in receptionist not very friendly, also a bit sad the way she asked for credit card and not so nice when I said I only had a debit card, not a good start to a holiday .hotel lovely
