Lovely hotel, and a great location.
Bus stop right outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very comfortable and all was nice to actually get two double beds in a family room rather than an uncomfortable sofa bed that just takes up floor space. Nice coffee machine. Beds were very comfortable.
My kids loved the bath robes and slippers.
There was a family offer on food in the restaurant for a family of four and it seemed to cause some confusion on the bill. It was sorted out eventually.

The staff are extra friendly and helpful. Reception staff went out of there way to help with transport to airport at end of our stay.
Not much space to sit and relax in lounge.
