Host Al was awesome! Very friendly and accommodating. And he cooks an amazing omelet!!
Location perfect.
A little tired and small rooms, but perfectly adequate for 2 night stay.

Excellent location as very Eyre Square is within walking distance and excellent value for money also.
No full Irish breakfast option but couldn't fault anything else.

Was an easy location to walk to the city centre and enjoy the lively and buzzing atmosphere. Great host. Good room.

Location was good, only a 15 minute walk to station.
Room was tiny, walls were paper thin, could hear every noise from adjoining rooms, so my sleep was in short supply.Double glazing ineffective, lots of traffic noise all night but particularly from 6am. Mattress was worse than a hostel bed, very cheap and thin, really uncomfortable.
