Location was good and room was cozy

Location was easy to get to from airport shuttle drop off. Very clean. Big rooms. Fluffy towels. Ability open large glass door in our first room.
Air conditioning did not work in the second room which was supposedly an upgrade and it didn’t have a window that could open to cool the room off.

Beautiful interior,friendly welcome,comfortable bed,clean and spacious room.
When leaving we enquired about staying the following weekend and were told they were fully booked.
When looking for accommodation on the way home,booking.com and their website had rooms available.
We were disappointed with that response as we would have booked it there and then before departing.

The bar is decent and the facilities are okay.
The location isn’t great. I wouldn’t recommend it for lone or small groups of females. Area is rough, open drug taking and excessive alcoholism and associated behaviours.
Room was okay, bath panel fell off when we shut the toilet door though and one of the bathroom lights flickered non-stop. Had out DND light on but the staff still knocked our door as we were getting ready to go out for the evening.
