Room was a great space. It had ample space for the four of us and was a nice setup. Location was great - convenient walk to the river while not being in the middle of all of the city's nightlife. Staff were also very kind and helpful. Would stay here again.
We realized that our room needed more toilet paper after returning from an event, and didn't know how to contact anyone for assistance as it was late. We had assumed that it would be replaced while we were out for the day (I'm assuming we must have had the "Do Not Disturb" sign still up when housekeeping made rounds earlier in the day and didn't realize). We made do, but when we requested more toilet paper the next morning (in person), we never received more before checking out. Other than that, we had a delightful stay and would stay here again.

This was a super little place. The room was spacious and peaceful. The host was welcoming and very kind to loan us some equipment we needed to help set our daughter's new student flat. We will be coming back here again soon I expect.
The parking was a bit tricky at times but there is free parking in front of the property if there is space free.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was OK, with multiple bus stops nearby and just on the edge of the central downtown area. This is obviously an old building with a lot of character.
The beds were hard and smelled like bug spray(?). This was the deal breaker for us that made us not enjoy this property. There was constantly litter on the sidewalk in this area.
