The beds were super comfy, location wasn't too noisy, was appreciative to find free bottles of water and cookies, nice layout of the room, plenty of floor space.
Plumbing is a bit outdated, toilet cistern took forever to refill, especially with three people in the room. The bathroom layout was not ideal, the glass door in the shower should have been wider as the floor got drenched. Also took a long time for the hot water to kick when when using the shower. Very warm in the room in general and was disappointed to find there was no air con. Heard a number of other guests saying the same thing as we passed in the hallways. Also the channels on the tv did not work at all last night.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a huge room in a central location
Fusty smell, creaky floors, minor fly problem, and our room was in between two floors which was weird
