All the little details. Toiletries in the bathroom as well as in the rooms. Water, juice and cakes in the fridge. Biscuits with the tea and coffee.

Clean well equipped room, good location 20 minute walk into the centre and good transport links, great staff with good communication
Nothing, only thing to note for some would be the front rooms face into a main road so some noise but didn’t effect our stay

The location was perfect as it was close to a hospital where my wife was being admitted to undergo a procedure. The room was spacious, with good facilities, including comfortable beds, T.V, and shower.
There was no elevator which in most cases would not be a problem. However my wife had difficulty negotiatiating stairs. In fairness to the Staff they were most helpful in everyway, including carrying cases, ordering Taxi, and facilitated us with a room on the 1st floor for which we were most grateful.

First day was clean but housekeeping does no difference, floor mat not changed. Floor not vacuum etc. carpet was super old and there’s urine smell near the entrance door of room 102
Had a shower early in the morning before check out, water was clear initially but after about 3-4 min, it turned into bronze colour. See pic, it was so scary. I went out of the bathroom to take my phone to snap the pic. The water becomes clearer after I let it run for 5 min or so
