The design, feel and cleanliness were top notch, a lovely modern hotel with a rustic feel
If you slept in and left past 10am you miss room cleaning services, only downside to paying the price I paid. We liked a lay in and to get home late but no clean room or towels for three days. The bins are extremely small which mount up fast.
The location is not the best for wanting to explore temple bar ect as it’s a good 40 minute walk, having to do this back every day wasn’t the most fun

The location was quite handy for getting into the city either by road or walking along the river bank. Plenty of buses around. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a nice restaurant attached to the hotel which we used once for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed.
Extractor fan in bathroom didn't come on

Everything was fine, apart from clothes storage !!
No cupboard or drawers to store any clothes, so you essentially live off your suitcase !!

Staff was friendly and helpful
Location was perfect for our plans
I paid 1000 EUR for two days also because of the Bon Jovi concert. But to my surprise I could see that the hotel prices declined substantially some days before the event. Maybe this is not unusual, but if you pay much more than other guests for the same product you feel exploited!
Also the room was very tiny. There were no furnitures, not even a chair. Thanks God we only had hand luggage, for suitcases is no place in this room. Beside the bed there is no way to stay in the room. In the shower cabin the drain was clogged and the water wouldn't drain. All in all I paid a big amount of money only for a bed!
