Fantastic and very welcoming staff. Superb location, within walking distance to many landmarks. Lovely breakfast, not a huge selection but all fresh and tasty. The room was clean and cosy.
The corridors is a maze, which was a bit fun, but the staff seemed like they would guide you to your room if needed. Some noise from the street outside - not a surprise for a hotel located in a city centre.

The hotel room is very nice and clean. The staff is really nice, supportive and accommodating. There are a lot of options for the included breakfast. Two different breakfast types that can be combined. Room service is coming every day.
This is just personal taste: the restaurant is nice but the food is very mid. I recommend to eat lunch and dinner somewhere else, rather than the included hotel restaurant.

The location was convenient to the town center. The hotel was clean. Nice variety of foods at breakfast.
The front receptionist person was not very friendly in comparison to the other hotels we had stayed in during our trip. He was indifferent in his tone. Did not make us feel welcome. The water temperature in the shower was not extremely warm.
