We arrived early and were able to drop off our bags which was great. We were a group of 7 and got a top floor room with semi-private bathroom which was even more great ;-) Everything was very clean with towels and soap provided. Just in front of the apartments are many bus stops and just a stone throw from the center too. Well, as it was a Halloween weekend you could hear some parties and fireworks and house guests too so do not expect deadly quiet but just the normal sound level. All in all we were highly satisfied and would definitely stay here again!
There were no bowls in the kitchen and just a limited number of mugs but otherwise it was fully equipped with stove, airfryer, kettle and toaster so wonderful to prepare your breakfast or dinner.

Location, Location Location clean comfortable great value for money we slept well shower was good.
Small hassle to get in, we didn't know which door or receive door codes and instructions through until we'd looked up and down for a while as we were on the ferry and mobile data wasn't sorted. But other people probably more savvy than us

The location is perfect. Easily accessible to public transports like buses. LUAS is about 5 mins walking distance.
The noise
You will literally hear people talking all the time 24hrs
That was the only issue
