I had booked this hotel for two family members from Switzerland, both elderly ladies. On booking.com it is apparently impossible for me to not appear as one of the guests, despite the "main guest" function. I called the hotel to explain the situation and give them the names of the actual guests, patiently spelling out all the details. And they still got it wrong with my name stuck to one of the rooms! To me this shows a lack of respect that should be beneath such a hotel. I had a look at the rooms myself: they were quite small and nothing to write home about. There were chocolate sweets and macarons in the rooms on a daily basis. The quality was ok (the sweets ended up with me) but nothing to impress my Swiss travelers who would have much preferred some fresh fruit, as is standard in other hotels of that category.

Very central, the staff were all very very good and attentive
The room was small, bathroom very small, dust on shelves, we complained on arrival that we thought we should breakfast, they said only if you booked direct, we ask if they could speak to the manager & we heard nothing all stay, very disappointing.
