Staff were very helpful and welcoming
It was a little noisy but we were in the centre of a city. But because of a mistake by my self I messed but our check out date so we we had to stay across the street in a different hotel and there was no noise 🤷♂️.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Central location. The bar was very lively and had a good atmosphere.
Noise coming from corridor (gap beneath the room door)and doors to other rooms bang. Very tired decoration and fittings (eg gaps between wall and appliances where mastic has pulled away. Terrible mattress, nice & firm but could feel springs in the mattress sticking up. No USB ports.

So hot and no air coming in or any AC. If you opened the windows it was very loud.
