The Arthaus Hotel is in a great location in Dublin. Convenient to Trinity College, Temple Bar, Grafton Street, St Stephens Green and the River Liffey. Easy walking distance to other Dublin sites as well including the Dublin Castle, Christ Church & St Patrick's Cathedrals, and the Guinness Storehouse.
Can be a little noisy at night if you are on the street side of the hotel.

Location is outstanding. Easy walk to all Dublin south main attractions such as Trinity College and St Steven’s Green and steps away from Grafton street and many shops and restaurants. Small quiet boutique hotel with peaceful uncrowded breakfast with extended hours. Breakfast staff very nice. The front office staff very responsive to requests prior to arrival. Carl was especially supportive.
The rooms are kept very clean on daily basis. AC was very good and almost too cool upon arrival. We didn’t end up using it as the window open at night allowed cool fresh air into room.
In 4th floor and elevator was convenient and nice.
I would not recommend driving in Dublin but if you do it appears that a parking structure next door at shopping mall may be available.

A bit expensive but in line with other hotels in area. And saves cost and frustration of taxis in city when can walk everywhere.
If needing to be somewhere such as a time slot for Kilmainhamgoal, I recommend requesting a taxi the night before and allowing 45 minutes to an hour to get there with any rush hour morning or evening traffic. Not far but traffic is an issue with taxis getting to hotel and then to the venue.

Great location in the heart of Dublin - staff were extremely helpful and happy to give suggestions of what to do in the area
air conditioning was out of order which made the room very warm - hotel provided a 20% refund so that was good and a fan which helped a little - just unfortunate
