The location is about a 10 min walk from all the main places
The price about £600 for two nights but that was the cheapest around at the time of booking

On arrival, we checked in and awaited room to be ready which was fine as we were 15 minutes early. When the room was ready we were handed the key and there was no explaining of hotel facilities or breakfast times/location or info on the hotel at all just handed to key with the room number - figured out what floor etc ourselves
Drainage smell in room due to a drain being open in the shower - the whole room smelled vile and we had to open the balcony door to eleviate some of the smell. Called reception and maintenance came closed drain and sprayed air freshener which resolved the problem. We were not offered any apology for this , just told on the phone when called that it was strange.
Ordered drinks at the bar to be sent to the room and after nearly half an hour had to ring for them as they were forgotten about.
Bed was small for a junior suite, shower was small and noisy due to the large metal drain directly under the shower although there was a big bathroom with 3 sinks, toilet was crammed behind the door. Lighting was poor in the room - dark - even in the bathroom which made getting ready for the evening difficult.
Although the hotel itself was lovely and staff were extremely nice, the value for money was not good in regards to the room. Extremely overpriced for what is provided. In addition to an expensive room, parking charge of 20 euro for the night was additional which i thought was expensive and perhaps should of been included in the price we paid for the junior suite with balcony.
Unsure if i would stay again as feels a bit of a rip off.
